AND TAX ADVANTAGES

When we talk about the financial benefits of relocating and expanding in Junction City - Geary County, we put our money where our collective mouths are. Our community offers property tax exemptions for up to ten years. Industrial revenue bonds can be utilized to finance 100% of land, building and fixed equipment purchases, with lower interest rates and longer terms. New and expanding businesses in pre-approved areas can secure an NRP tax rebate for up to ten years. You can take advantage of our revolving loan fund to help a project come together, or talk to us about tailored incentives designed just for you. In addition, the state offers a portfolio of incentives for businesses looking to locate or expand. Programs include job creation tax credits, investment tax credits, sales tax exemptions and revolving loan funds for certain types of new and existing businesses.
